How employees opt in to text alerts

Program: Acadaca Hub Alerts · Sender: Acadaca LLC · Use case: low-volume internal operational alerts

Acadaca Hub Alerts is an employee-only program. The only way to receive messages is for an Acadaca employee to sign in to the Acadaca Group Hub (our internal, login-protected operations platform), open My Profile → Text Alerts, enter their own mobile number, tick the consent statement, and save. No one else can enroll a number, there is no public sign-up, and no marketing content is ever sent.

Because the application itself requires credentials, this page reproduces the opt-in screen exactly as employees see it, so it can be reviewed without a login. Related pages: About the Hub · SMS Terms & Conditions · SMS Privacy Policy.

The consent checkbox sits directly under the phone field. Save is disabled until it is ticked, and the server refuses to store a number without it. The timestamp of consent is recorded with the number.

Text Alerts
While you're offline, the Hub texts you about essential email only: VIPs, leads, teammates emailing you directly, and anything to support@. Everything texted is recapped by email when you're back. Validated volume: a few texts a week, not noise.
Alert Phone (texts go here — separate from your profile phone)
→end before start = runs overnight
Teammates — a direct email from anyone checked can text you (all on by default)
Always-On Addresses — any email to these texts you, no filters
Lockedsupport@acadaca.comclients use this when something is critically wrong — always on
Slack — Channels You Watch
Connect Slack in the Integrations section above to pick channels and people.
Slack — People (their DMs text you)
No teammates with linked Slack accounts found.
