SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description.Acadaca Hub Alerts sends operational alert text messages — notifications that an important business email arrived while you are away — to individuals who opt in through Acadaca's internal, login-protected web application (the Acadaca Hub). Participation is voluntary.
2. Opt-in.You opt in by enabling Text Alerts and entering your own mobile phone number in the application's settings. Messages are sent only to the number you entered for yourself.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your email activity and offline schedule — typically a few messages per week.
4. Cost.Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Acadaca does not charge for the messages.
5. Opt-out. Reply STOPto any message to cancel, or disable Text Alerts in the application's settings. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming the cancellation.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact info@acadaca.com / 212-505-5885.
7. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled per the program's SMS Privacy Policy — they are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
