SMS Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Acadaca LLC ("Acadaca", "we") collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and related information for the Acadaca Hub Alertstext-message program — operational alert messages sent to individuals who opt in through Acadaca's internal, login-protected web application (the Acadaca Hub).

What we collect and why

If you opt in to receive text messages, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, solely to deliver those messages. Message logs (delivery time, alert category, and the subject line of the email that triggered an alert) are retained for your own review inside the application.

No third-party sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages you opted in to receive, via our SMS delivery provider acting on our behalf.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your email activity and offline schedule — typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may applyaccording to your mobile carrier's plan; Acadaca does not charge for the messages.

Opting out

You can stop receiving messages at any time: reply STOPto any message, or disable Text Alerts in the application's settings. Reply HELP for help. Removing your phone number from the application deletes it from the program.
