The Acadaca Group Hub
Acadaca LLC ("Acadaca") is a New York–based digital commerce agency. Since 2001 we have designed, built, and operated ecommerce experiences for consumer brands — strategy, design, engineering, and ongoing site operations. Our public corporate site is at www.acadaca.com.
The Acadaca Group Hub (this site) is our internal operations platform: the workspace where Acadaca employees manage client work, projects, communications, and company administration. Because it handles confidential client and company data, the application itself is restricted to authorized Acadaca team members and requires sign-in.
The Acadaca Hub Alerts messaging program
Acadaca Hub Alertsis the Hub's text-message notification program. It sends operational alerts — for example, that an important work email arrived while an employee is away from their desk — to Acadaca employees who have opted in. It is an internal, employee-only program: no marketing, no messages to customers or the public.
How opt-in works: an employee signs in to the Hub, opens their profile settings, enables Text Alerts, and enters the mobile number where they want to receive alerts. Consent is collected exclusively through that in-application setting; providing a number is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of using the Hub. Alerts can be disabled and the number removed from the same settings screen at any time.
Message frequency varies with email activity and offline schedule — typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
